Life In Big Bear

Bre here with Goldrush,                                                                                                                                                Just wanted to reach out to all our past and future guests to let them know our homes are filling up quick for the holidays! It’s not to late to start a new tradition in Big Bear for either Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year! We have several specials to choose from on our website at www.cabin411.com or give us a call at 1(800) 363-8303 OR (909) 866-5678 for more information. Thanksgiving offers our guest the fresh clean air and the comforts of home without being home, serve up your feast in one of our many homes or go to one of our fine dining restaurants and be served your Thanksgiving feast without all the prep work and cooking.
Christmas time in the mountains is a magical time! The snow brings crisp air and fun for all ages. From white covered trees to making a snowman or sledding down a slope and capturing new memories! Enjoy the snow from the comforts of the cabin with a roaring fire and hot chocolate and favorite movie or family game. We hand out free snowman kits to all our guests and whichever is the best wins a 2 nights stay for free at one of our homes!
New Years offers our guests the quite of the mountains, to celebrate in style! Snow Summit has a tradition that is a sight to behold. On New Years Eve they light hundreds of candles and skiers ski down the slope with the lights illuminating the whole valley below a sight not to be missed and a way to start the New Year off with a grand show of lights and loved ones!
Just looking to get out of the city, Big Bear is the perfect escape from the everyday hussle and bussle of freeways, work, smog and so much more. The Big Bearians will greet you with a warm smile. Life in Big Bear has taught me not to take advantage of anything or anyone. It’s a little slower up here in the high country, we don’t use our horns unless it’s an emergency, and we let someone go in front of us instead of cutting them off. No drive by shootings, gangs or tagging. Like in Big Bear is simple put “Simple” with people who want to live a healthy and happy life, come on up and get a taste of the Big Bear way of life and make it a new tradition for you and your loved ones to enjoy year after year!
Hoping to hear from you soon….Bre@Goldrush
